We work with incredible designers across the world. Many of them hand-make your lingerie in their ateliers just for you. Please see individual products for shipping and processing times. Click on "view details" on the product page for more information. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday Shipping: Please order early to avoid any delays! Unfortunately, it is completely beyond our control if a package arrives after the estimated time on our website. We do our best to make sure our team and our wonderful designer partners ship within the quoted processing time.

Please note: All shipments coming from outside of your country may incur a customs and duties charge. Anya Lust is not responsible for the additional fees that the government chooses to impose on your package. You are fully responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee. You can find out where your order is shipping from when you click "view details" on any product page, as well as in your cart.

We offer complimentary shipping on US orders over $150. International orders via calculated rates by DHL or the designer's local carrier.

We hope that you love and treasure every purchase from Anya Lust. But, if you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
These items are final sale and cannot be returned: hosiery, pearl panties/bodysuits, candles, intimate wellness items, sensual accessories, mystery boxes, items marked final sale on the product page, gift cards, classes/workshops, digital downloads, and items in the outlet collection. We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, has detached tags, or returned after 14 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.

Canada & International:

Only exchanges (for a different size) or returns for store credit are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date. International orders cannot be returned for a refund. All exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
